Sometimes I skip meals when I feel like it.
“My back hurts a little today.”
Even when I say that, I skip meals.
“I understand that you don’t eat when your stomach is bad, but when your back hurts?”

“I have no appetite and can’t eat much.”

As you say, it is often asked when there is a problem with the stomach.

After eating breakfast, I eat lunch while there is still undigested food left in my stomach.

This leaves no time for the stomach to rest.
