The way I walk is the normal way to walk as a human being.

Modern people usually wear shoes.

First, wearing shoes eliminates the need to kick the ground.

What is the original way of walking?

Land your heels on the ground.

Move your weight forward.

The basic way of walking is “kicking”.

When your leg lifts off the ground as a reaction to your kick, you step forward with that momentum and raise your leg so that your toes don’t get caught at the last moment.
