Every day, I treat people with depression, anxiety, and panic disorder, and there are people who feel that “this person is difficult to heal.”

Depression doesn’t go away with sleep.
In fact, sleeping all day can actually make depression worse.
The only things that can be cured by sleeping are colds and injuries.
Mental illness gets worse when you sleep.
Eating sweets temporarily raises your spirits because dopamine is released.
Dopamine is also released when you drink alcohol, but it is temporary.
It has no mood-enhancing effect.
Why sleeping makes depression worse
Depression is caused by too much stress in most people for a variety of reasons.

“Then why not relax at home and let the parasympathetic nervous system take over?”

Since your sympathetic nerves continued to fly low, the parasympathetic nerves were hardly activated at night, resulting in poor quality of sleep and depression.
To cure depression, you first need to get up and move during the day.
And if you increase the sympathetic nerve, the parasympathetic nerve will increase at night and you will be able to get a good quality sleep.
Humans heal while they sleep, so the next morning is a little better than the day before.
If you keep doing that, your depression will heal day by day.
This is why sleeping all day doesn’t help.
