Do you chew your food well?

How many times do you chew each mouthful?

“I never counted.”

“It’s better to eat early.”

I’m sure you’ve swallowed it in about 5 times.

“Early dinner is part of the art, so there shouldn’t be a problem, right?”

Many people visit our clinic because they have gastrointestinal problems and have been examined at the hospital but have not found any abnormalities.

Many of them don’t chew and eat much.

What’s wrong with not chewing?

What’s wrong with not chewing?

(1) Increased gastrointestinal burden

What happens if you don’t chew too much?

To chew means to chew.

If you swallow without chewing too much, the food will be sent to the stomach first while keeping its original shape.

The stomach then has to digest almost all the food intact.

Still, it’s good as long as the stomach is healthy, but the burden on the stomach increases, so the stomach gets tired.

Then, the undigested food is sent to the duodenum and small intestine.

Then, the duodenum and small intestine must struggle with the undigested food.

If it continues for a long time, the intestines will gradually get tired.

Then you will suffer from symptoms such as loss of appetite, indigestion, bloating, and lack of energy.

Especially when your intestines get tired, your sleep will also be affected.

This is because it affects the mind so much that it is said that the gut is the second brain.

Almost everyone who comes to the hospital with depression has a bloated stomach.

It is bad for the body to increase the burden on the stomach and intestines.

(2) Panacea cannot be used

“Is there a panacea?”

Some people say.

Panacea may be a little exaggerated, but it’s close to it.

・Peroxidase, catalase

This enzyme breaks down the toxicity of carcinogenic substances.

It seems that almost all of the toxicity disappears just by soaking it in this enzyme for 30 seconds. (Experiment by Professor Hajime Nishioka of Doshisha University)

・Parotin

This enzyme has anti-aging properties.

A type of growth hormone that promotes the growth of bones, muscles, internal organs, teeth, etc. and rejuvenates them.

It also cleanses the skin and rejuvenates blood vessels.

So where is this wonderful panacea? It’s in saliva.

If you don’t chew, saliva won’t come out, so you can’t even demonstrate the power of this panacea.

Considering only gastrointestinal burden

“Should I eat something soft?”

Some people say that, but then you will swallow with almost no saliva.

That alone is a burden on the stomach and intestines, but I have to say that not being able to use this panacea is too much of a loss.

Please chew and eat at least 20 times from today.

“I eat late.”

Some people say, but it doesn’t necessarily mean that you are slow because you are chewing a lot.

Try counting the number of times you chew.
